Born from the industrial heritage of the North, Foundry & Forge celebrates the grit and glamour of our local roots. We’ve traded the anvil for the grill, sourcing hyper-local Cumbrian meats and Yorkshire produce to create a menu designed for sharing.

Twin 45-day aged Wagyu beef patties, smashed on the steel plate for a caramelised crust.
cauliflower steak
A thick, centre-cut cauliflower head, hard-roasted over open flames until charred and tender.

Thick-cut Cumbrian pork belly ribs, dry-rubbed in our signature ‘Forge’ spice blend.
